Following the opening of the Puerto Antioquia terminal, operated by our subsidiary CMA-T, on January 31, 2026, we are pleased to announce the introduction of Puerto Antioquia as a direct port call on our PEX2 service. The port has been strategically inserted just after Cartagena to offer a competitive transit time from Asia.

Key Highlights:

- Port Code: COTRB

- 1st vessel arrival : m/v "CMA CGM CAPE COD" voy. PEX0V0E19 – ETA October 8th, 2026

- Transit Time: Highly competitive, with only 2 additional days compared to Cartagena.

- Priority Protection: Bookings destined for Puerto Antioquia will receive priority status for space allocation, ensuring reliability during peak demand.

Strategic Advantages:

Puerto Antioquia is a major investment for the CMA CGM Group and is poised to become a game-changer for accessing Colombia’s key import markets, including Medellín, Bogotá, and Bucaramanga. As a deep-water terminal, it is designed to handle agricultural exports, with 60% of its target volume dedicated to imports. This new gateway will offer a 43% shorter average distance to Medellín and Bogotá compared to other North Colombian terminals.

Cost Efficiency:

- Freight and inland solutions via Puerto Antioquia are now more competitive than those from traditional North Colombian gateways (Cartagena, COCTG / Barranquilla, COBAQ / Santa Marta, COSMR).

- Significant savings on inland transportation costs compared with Buenaventura, COBUN.
